Any indivuals Wing contracts are background-checked by an industry-leading background check provider, CheckR, at both the State & Federal level.

Wing staffs a large operations team, and trains all of our staff to be trained at issues that may arise regarding safety.

All data in transit between you, your network, and Wing, its technologies, its servers, partners, providers, and all key stakeholders are encrypted via SSL using 2048-bit certificates.

Within our systems, all your data is stored using AES-256 encryption with a uniquely derived key for each user following the recommendations of NIST S.P. 800-132. We encrypt all personally identifiable data.

We lock ourselves out of your data. Our internal systems, operations teams, support agents & employees do not have access to your information. Your information only becomes available to our AI & one human operator when digitally authorized, or consented by you.

Our payments partner, Stripe - an industry leading provider, has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Everytime your account, or your device, requests - or sends data or requests via Wing, or it's internal systems - your device's identity is authenticated and verified with our servers.
